A light running-change year — new paint, standard wireless CarPlay, no anniversary edition.
2021 was a light running-change year. Wild Cherry Tintcoat paint (and a matching design package) replaced the outgoing Garnet Red/Rally Green options; wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto became standard across all trims; wireless charging expanded to more trims; and the SS 1LE gained an optional 10-speed automatic alongside its standard 6-speed manual. No anniversary special edition was offered — the 44th anniversary fell off the established 25th/35th/45th cadence.
