Privacy policy
CamaroFacts has no accounts, no sign-up and no newsletter. Here is what does happen when you visit.
Advertising
Some pages show ads served by Google AdSense. Google and its partners use cookies and similar technology to show and measure those ads, and that can include ads based on your earlier visits to this or other sites. We don't pick the individual ads, and we never see the information Google uses to choose them.
Google explains how it uses information from sites like this one at policies.google.com/technologies/ads. You can turn personalized ads off at adssettings.google.com, or opt out of many third-party ad cookies at aboutads.info.
If you visit from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, Google asks for your consent before it sets personalized advertising cookies, and you can change your answer later.
Amazon links
The "gear & manuals" boxes link to Amazon searches. As an Amazon Associate, CamaroFacts.com earns from qualifying purchases. It costs you nothing extra, and it never affects what we write about a car. If you follow one of those links, Amazon's own privacy notice applies on their site.
What we don't do
There's no analytics script, no tracking pixel and no web fonts pulled from a third party. The VIN, cowl tag, drivetrain and option-code decoders run entirely in your browser, so nothing you type into them is sent to us.
The light/dark switch remembers your choice in your browser's local storage. It stays on your device.
Server logs
Like any website, our hosting and security providers keep short-lived logs of requests, including IP addresses, to keep the site running and block abuse. We don't use them to identify anyone.
