The convertible returns
A folding roof comes back to the Camaro for the first time since 2002, built in Oshawa, Ontario.
The Camaro convertible returned for 2011 — the first factory drop-top since the 2002 F-body — with production starting January 31, 2011 at GM's Oshawa, Ontario plant. A limited Neiman Marcus Edition convertible, sold through the Neiman Marcus catalog, reportedly sold out its allocation in about three minutes; period coverage called it the fastest-selling special edition in GM history, a superlative worth re-confirming against a GM press release.
